MaxiForce Air Bags

When people think of air bags, they think about heavy lifting. Lifting is
only one of the many uses you will find for a set of air bags but lifting is
what they do best. Other uses for air bags are only limited by
your imagination. We have seen them inserted deep into farm machinery to
free trapped limbs, used as a rapid vehicle stabilization system, and used
to remove windshields. The little 1 ton bag has been even been used to
free a child's leg from a storm sewer grate.
Please refer to either the Air Bag Set Chart or the
Specifications Chart for additional information.
So, why should you choose MaxiForce bags over the competition?
MaxiForce is not new to the air bag market. They were introduced to the US
market in 1976 and have been at the forefront of innovation and product
improvement ever since. The company is ISO 9001-2000 certified which means
total documentation on every aspect of the manufacturing process, test
procedures, and even their supply chain. Besides being a GSA contract item
with the Feds, other standards and listings include: National Coal Board (UK),
NATO Stock Listings, National Defense Supply Listing, CE (Europe), Department of
Industrial Relations (Australia), South African Board of Mine Safety,
Japan Standards Institute (JSI Compliance), and more....
Control Sets
There are numerous control systems available for your
MaxiForce air bag set. We only stock the "deadman" type control units
because of the additional safety they provide. The basic set is the most
frequently chosen but, the master control package offers more versatility.

890351 - Control Package
This is the basic set of controls we offer. It features a
dual, deadman controller, pressure reducing regulator, and three hoses.
Please specify the inlet fitting when ordering. (CGA-346 for 3000 PSI and
below; CGA-347 for pressures higher than 3000 PSI)
This package will give your department complete functionality without
sacrificing safety.

890300 - Master Control Package
This is the ultimate control package for use with MaxiForce air
bags. It has all of the same components as our regular package plus inline
valves, additional hoses, and all kinds of adapters so alternative air supplies
can be used at the scene.
Air Bag Sets
The following sets were designed by MaxiForce to make
ordering easier. Most departments will start with one of the small kits and
then add bags as their needs are refined by experience. The kits only
include air bags, controls must be ordered separately. (Lifting
capacity and height will vary according to air pressure and bag contact area.)
