The Eclipse thermal imager is the first low-cost, ultra-small,
handheld thermal imager designed to help give "sight" to each firefighter inside
a blaze. It was developed to provide firefighters with navigational and
search/rescue assistance. Eclipse is intended to give departments the
opportunity to equip more firefighters with thermal imaging technology.

Eclipse Control Panel
The Bullard Eclipse is integrated with the Eclipse Control Panel software system. Loaded right onto your desktop from a CD-Rom shipped with every Eclipse Thermal Imager, the Eclipse Control Panel is easy to use and provides a central point of information for everything related to your Eclipse.
When you connect your Eclipse to your computer via the Eclipse data cable, the software automatically recognizes each Eclipse Thermal Imager and can help you manage TI inventory and serial numbers.
With the click of a mouse, you can upload any graphic you choose to your Eclipse Thermal Imager. Whether purchasing custom graphics with your department's log, city seal, company, truck number or other image, your Eclipse will be instantly recognizable upon start-up.
The in-depth training that Bullard has long been known for is now available through the Eclipse Control Panel software. Use the software system for individual or department-wide training. Training covers thermal imaging applications, Eclipse usage and deployment and more.
When your Eclipse is registered with the Eclipse Control Panel software, a security feature on the Eclipse is activated. This feature saves your user information to the imager itself. With the security feature activated, should your Eclipse ever become lost or stolen, simply provide Bullard with a copy of a police report, and we can flag that serial number. If the imager is ever returned to Bullard for service or upgrade, you will be notified.
