Polypropylene Tanks

A lot of our customers like to save money by building their own projects.  Especially their wildland firefighting equipment.  We are here to help.  Besides having hard to find plumbing, fire rated portable pumps, booster reels and such, we can also supply polypropylene water tanks.

While polypropylene water tanks are not the cheapest on the market, they do offer advantages that will save your department money in the long run.  Here are just a few:

•   We use a co-polymer polypropylene which has higher impact and stress resistance,
•   Our black plastic stops light from creating algae when left filled for long periods,
•   We use UV treated plastic for longer life of the tank material,
•   Our Lifetime Warranty ensures your department will get many years use,
•   Rectangular tanks have a lower center of gravity than oval or round tanks (safer on uneven terrain),
•   We baffle our tanks to NFPA standards,
•   Skid style tanks have a platform to mount your pump on to make a one-piece unit,
•   1/2" thick walls are extremely difficult to puncture,
•   Being made of plastic, our tanks are inherently rust-proof.

Our tanks are made in-house.  If we don't have a stock tank that fits your needs we can make one to your exact dimensions, put a sump exactly where you want it, add mounting plates, etc.
